The Account History link opens a page containing documentation of the changes made to the details of the associated account.
From the WYCFIS Account History screen, the user is presented with a list of links to the account formation, any filed amendments, or the termination documentation.
Clicking on an Account History link opens a PDF containing information applicable to the report being reviewed. Changes to information appear on the report in bold.
